Bittersweet
Today is a very bittersweet day for me. I just finished drafting my resignation letter for the job I have been at and loved since 2004. Even though I have been thinking about leaving since I first held my son in my arms, it only became real when I began typing. Through my job I met two of my best friends, worked with super talented musicians, and had amazing students. I loved my job so much which is not something everyone can say. However, with my husband's crazy work schedule, I know that at this point in our lives, the most important thing is for my son to have one parent at home and I do love my new job of housewife and mommy. Phew - ok, thank you for letting me...
