My Birthday Outfit: Vintage 80s Dress & Polka Dot Tights
I always like to wear a completely new piece of clothing on my birthday each year. It feels good to save the first time I wear a dress for a special day! This dress was thrifted in July when we were visiting Illinois so it has been waiting in my closet for its debut for a while. When I tried it on, I couldn't leave it because it fit like it was made for me. Plus I love a good 80s dress. I seriously should have been my age in the 80s.
