Thanks to T he List by I-ELLA , I am living ever little girls dream. I am wearing a tutu tulle skirt in public and I didn't have to throw a temper tantrum to be allowed to wear it. Every girl under 5 that I passed stared at me in pure jealousy. I'm sure they were thinking how come that girl gets to wear her tutu in public but I can only wear mine when playing dress up . Well little children, it is because when you're a grown up they're called tulle skirts not tutus. Tulle skirts are acceptable to wear in public. Tutus are not.
