A Pop of Shoe
I have blogged before about the power of a bright shoe for a neutral outfit. These types of easy but fun looks just make me happy. I wore these colorful flats sort of on a whim to add some amusement to the black and white look. In person these shoes are so bright, almost like neon. I even had a male coworker compliment me on the shoes. You know they must be eye-catching if a middle-aged man notices. I'm happy that it's jacket weather again. Typically for work, I just grab any jacket for the short commute. But I was so in love with the overall look when I added my thrifted utility jacket that I'm just going to pretend that I planned it...
