dress (worn as top): ModCloth | cardigan, shoes: Forever 21 | belt: thrifted | skirt: Francesca's Collections | tights: GAP | umbrella: vintageI had such great plans for this outfit. The weather would be perfectly warm, slightly breezy, with more than a hint of spring in the air - and it would be sunny. As you can see, mother nature had other plans...absolutely every time I had to be outside, it was not just raining, but pouring.
