The Fear of Pumpkin Spice Lattes (Dum Dum Duuum)
Am I the only one that's deathly scared to buy her first pumpkin spice latte of the season? I have a faint recollection of triple-digit credit card statements this time last year, alllll thanks to that pedal pusher Starbucks. I'm trying to prolong the inevitable bankruptcy for a bit here. And in other news, I caught myself working in autopilot last evening and it bit me in the butt. My mind was wandering as I was making mushroom soup, and when I finally snapped into the moment I found myself standing over the sink, pouring the vegetable broth I was supposed to pour into my pot into the sink. You should have heard the yelp once I realized 3/4ths...
