Chartreuse is the Thing for Fall
I'm getting really into tucking vests into skirts (as we can see in my vest layering tips here and here ) and this chartreuse one in particular has a bit of a story to it. You see, I first found it at Goodwill and after noticing the color and the general Mr-Rogers-ness of it all, I decided I needn't try it on and just brought it home with me. Well there's a life lesson for you: always try the thing on, no matter how cheap it is. You guys, it was so over-sized I looked like a Ninja Turtle in it.
