How to dress for a rainy day: Step 1. Check leg hair length. Choose bottoms accordingly. Skinny jeans if you haven't shaved, a super feminine skirt/dress if you have. Step 2. Pick a cardigan, blazer, or jacket that will match your rain boots (or gardening boots in my case). Step 3. Select a top.
