Holiday favourites part 2 – the little black dress
There’s a Gap black dress I’ve had for years. It’s a really simple not-too-tight, not-too-loose shape with a bit of ruffle detail round the neckline. I think it’s come with me on every trip I’ve taken over the past decade – a real holiday staple!
Worn in Turkey last week, accessorized with gold sunnies (and a beer!):
And in Egypt, 2009 – with a gold handbag this time (I do like a bit of bling on holiday):
I’ve also worn it to work, funerals, office Christmas parties and afternoon tea at posh hotels – guess a little black dress really can take you anywhere. :)
