Crew I wore this outfit to teach last Thursday, then to the Open House later that evening where I met my students' parents for the first time. I wanted to go with something buttoned-up (literally and figuratively) and professional, yet approachable. The businesslike silhouette fulfilled the first set of requirements, and the bright colors (I hope) kept this outfit from looking too stiff. What do you wear when you want to look professional and friendly?
