FITNESS AND RUNNING WITH NIKE AIR MAX Not only since I turned 50 last year, I know that regular exercise and healthy food should be an essential part of our life. After I gained some weight I didn't feel comfortable (too many skirts and trousers in my wardrobe are currently too tight) and decided to take up my running and workout routine again. With my favourite trails starting right in front of my house and a gym at work which I can use for free at any time, I think there is hardly any excuse...! Furthermore my personal trainer AKA my son Lucas, besides university is an enthusiastic bodybuilder, an expert in nutrition and currently working on his trainer certification. What else can I ask...
