If 2012 was the year of the mullet dress, 2013 is shaping up to be the year of the mullet top. These "party in the back" tops are all over the place right now. I must admit I'm not really into the ones that are your basic tee in the front and then have some crazy, kooky print on the back. They seem a bit disjointed to me.
