First Day of School
This week students returned to school and I got back to being a teacher again. I always feel like I should dress more professionally on the first day of school, just to start things off right. Only I feel like there are 3 different first days of school for me. The first two for sections of 7th and 8th grade classes on alternating days, and then the third school day is when 6th grade students actually start their academic classes after spending time getting oriented to the school and the expectations of middle school. For the very first day I wore this outfit. A little professionalism with the grey pencil skirt and some personality with the bright lace top. ...
