Happy Tuesday, everyone! Here is my September post for Susquehanna Style ! We are talking summer to fall transition pieces!! Can't believe that fall is right around the corner! How crazy is that? If you are anything like me, you are already thinking fall fashion. As much as I want to shop till' I drop for fall, I know I already have so many pieces in my closet that I can easily transition into the colder months.
