Summer break is great. I love having time to myself to get daily life things accomplished that I cannot otherwise accomplish during the school year. However, I really missed being in my classroom and coaching. This isn't just because I get incredibly stir crazy during the summer, but I feel like I lose a little part of myself and who I am when I'm not teaching. I love the whirlwind days, the checklists, the exhausting-yet-energizing days with my students. It's hard, challenging, and time consuming...but...
