Sure, I wore this exact outfit about three years ago , but I would like to call it a classic... agreed? Red, black, and white always work together well and who can say no to a bow tie? No one! This skirt has been in the hands of Juley for a while and when it came back to me last week I was just itching to wear it ASAP.
