Lavender Fields Forever
Departing from The Oregon Coast, we found ourselves in the Oregon wine country. Which was nothing less than extraordinary. The views were spectacular and the people we even more so. We made a pit-stop at a lavender field and garden called Red Ridge , with a charming little winery on site called Durant Vineyards. It was the perfect stop on our road trip. We enjoyed salted caramels and tasty local wines while we strolled the gorgeous property. Perfection in a nutshell. And on we go up the country, next stop Canada.
