I have wanted a seersucker skirt ever since I saw Tara in hers with the cute sailor top (I think she wore it again with an anchor top -- definitely going to wear a similar version in the future! Thanks for the inspiration, Tara!). I searched everywhere for a seersucker skirt, but I couldn't find one that I didn't have to compromise on something to buy. Banana Republic* had one that seemed great on the hanger, but I couldn't convince myself to pay full price for it (teacher discount or not). J....
