Casual Friday Maxi Dress
OK. Let's be real. This dress is more of an attempt to be comfortable on Casual Friday than it is an attempt to be fashionable. It's that decision you make as you are staring at your closet on Friday morning wondering if you should wear pants or not. Clearly not pants in the form of a dress or skirt wins, especially in the summer. I did make some effort to be edgy by pairing it with this awesome military-style jacket. I like the mix of dressy and tough. The jacket lends itself to this kind of styling with its puckered shoulders and peplum waist. This isn't the first time I've stretched this jacket's use.
