The first time I wore this floral skirt, I paired it with a white lace top. I knew that this time around, I wanted to pair it with blue. I don't have many blue tops, but I have one that I haven't worn in a long time. And lately, that has been the name of the game for me. When I'm not sure what to wear, I gravitate towards something I haven't worn in a long time.
