We packed up yummy snacks, sparkling drinks and spent some time enjoying the sunshine. My all-time favorite snack is brie cheese with dried apricots. It's the perfect combination of creamy and sweet.Our little picnic was such a sweet escape from the worries and stresses of day to day life. We need to remember to take little escapes like this more often.
