Anita and a loose knit tee
After my lovely holiday with the family, I arrived home desperate to spend some time in my sewing room. Don't you suffer from sewing withdrawal? I needed a super quick, instant gratification project to satiate my sewing needs. This loose knit top , pattern by Dixie DIY, fit the bill. I used this fabric from Darn Cheap Fabrics, which I purchased online with some of my Paypal money :) The fabric is loosely woven and actually resembles knitted fabric with a knit side and garter stitch side. Does that make sense? Because of this I choose to use Megan Nielson's knit binding method for the neckline, as I may need more strength and stability when washing. I...
