When it comes to getting dressed for a night out, I'm unequipped at churning out an effortless, chic outfit. I'm always impressed by those girls that look so polished in their dark skinnies, perfect waves, topped with the right amount of billowy for a blouse, and an easily layered scarf. Last night Dr. Love and I decided on a whim to walk downtown for a bite, and even though we weren't going for cocktails, I wanted to step it up a little.
