Hit the Ground Running
Top: Target, Skirt: Target, Heels: Target Not going to lie, my entire outfit (with the exception of my necklace) is Target. I would be embarrassed but Target has such a great selection so there really isn't anything to be ashamed of. As soon as I saw that high to low skirts were in trend this season I had to get one since this is a trend I absolutely love and it's so fun for the summer. In a week I head back to Philadelphia for a few days to apartment hunt with my best friend.
