Just to clarify - the bird on my dress is indeed an Owl, not a crane. I just like the song Crane Wife by The Decemberists. It's around this time of year when I start regretting not buying tickets to Winnipeg Folk Fest! I've never been, so I don't really know what I'm missing...but the stories are enough to make me want to go. This year, the lead singer of The Decemberists will be performing. Any Winnipeggers heading to Birds Hill Park tomorrow? I wore this outfit to work last week. It is hot hot hot lately...and I must say it's quite hard to stick to somewhat professional attire!
