A couple of Sundays ago after work, my flatmate and I hit the Roncesvalles beach in West Toronto, soaking up the sun and what felt like the first truly hot weekend of summer. We actually walked all the way from Roncesvalles Avenue back to our apartment - a 9KM walk that took us 90 mins! But it was worth it, especially on such a gorgeous evening. With humidex, it was +40C (104F). Not even going to lie, I love it! Sure, it leads to a few bad hair days, but having consistent, hot weather and defined seasons is so amazing.
