Despite having firm plans for my holiday sewing time, I just couldn't resist a seriously unseasonal impulse make! I spied this poly jersey at Spotlight on the weekend and immediately thought of Vogue 1351 , which I knew was winging its way to me after the recent Vogue sale. I just love this fabric with it's deep blue, sky blue, pink and mustard blotches, and purchased it even though it was not on sale!! Seriously - who does that?? When the girl was measuring my fabric, I spied a fault, so thankfully she over measured my cut which enabled me to self line the dress as the fabric is extremely sheer.
