Sew Sunday: Alteration
Even though I've been throwing myself into work, I've really been needing some me time. I have trouble switching gears, even if I really need to. So instead of attempting to "relax" and then sit around keyed up, I tackled my ever growing pile of "need to alter". After blowing through a 400 page novel (I read.. really fast), I set to work. First up! This awesome All Saints dress from Ana. It's ruche-y and black and lovely. But my bum is bodacious. So I added a panel of navy along the seam of the cording to give my hips some room. Plus a button at the crossroads for a MMD twist. Next up - too small shirts! Ana also sent alone this "grandpa" shirt...
