Happy, happy hump day! As promised, here are the other beauties I picked up at Shoe Carnival . These Blowfish booties retail at around $70 and were on sale for half that! Aren't they darling?! I know it's not fall, but I couldn't resist! They'll be perfect with skinnies or tights and socks when it cools down but for now I'll just throw them on with dresses ;) I'm not sure this outfit turned out to be my fave, I feel like it's missing something. I wanted a good bold necklace to pair with it but didn't like any I had. Oh well, I'll get it next time! I accomplished the basics of my plan, tulle + boots, and I love this...
