It’s made by Andreea Mertoiu , the awesome genius behind the cherry printed skirt I showed you about a month ago . Remember? Not only did she make me look beautiful in these two handmade garments, but she also designed the white crinoline you can see me showing off in that last photo. I like my circle midis puffy so anything that can be added to fluff out the skirts gets extra points (at least in my book). The problem...
