Investment Dress
From Black Market White $180. with friend discount; $130. Silk and cotton twill. One of the items on my spring wardrobe list was an "investment dress". In my world, that's a dress over $70. I was so successful last year at Black Market White House, I decided to try my hand at it again. I think it will work, no?~ I styled this dress for work--and for modesty, I added this paper-thin tee with lace sleeves from Victoria's Secret.
