Shirt: Gifted forever ago | Skirt (cut & hemmed): Goodwill $3.49 | Belt: Came on a dress | Sandals: American Eagle $10 (clearance) Total Outfit Cost: 13.49 So maybe I have a skirt obsession. Anddd maybe I should explain this whole short hair one day, long hair the next, and then back to short... I got me some tracks! Aka extensions. Haha! My hair was this long 4 years ago, but right before I started college I got this crazy idea that I needed to get rid of my "high school hair." What was I thinking? I wasn't. I've been trying to grow my hair out ever since. I guess since I highlight my hair so much (I'm not a natural blonde, shocker! haha not)...
