I saw this skirt at Jacob about a month ago and absolutely fell in love with it – it’s neon, high-waisted, and made of such a wonderfully luxe material, it’s hard to pass up. Of course though, I went through my typical “ I don’t need it” stage where I don’t buy it for weeks but constantly obsess over it, wondering if it’s out of stock or now on sale… So anyways I went back...
