The blizzard had hit & the day after snow slush was pushed to the street sides making crossing the street only possible with a little leap over the snow onto the sidewalk. Which isn't even a big deal except I was wearing a snap-up skirt. A snap-up skirt that when the snaps are pulled at, they come undone.
