Kimono Details
I love seeing different cultural influences in fashion, especially Asians influences. We saw a lot of that during the Fall Fashion Week presentations, so I was super excited to see this jacket at a local consignment shop. What was even more exciting was that it's a Dries piece that fit to perfection. It was my lucky day for sure. For it's debut I thought a simple black maxi skirt and belt would highlight the kimono influence of the jacket, and really streamline the pattern. Jacket: Dries Van Noten (old). Skirt: c/o Tart. Belt: Vintage. Shoes: Steve Madden. Earrings: Target.
