One of the reasons why I love this early Summer weather here in the Bay Area is because of the cool evenings. Around 7pm is when the sun starts to set and you can feel the cool breeze catching on. A nice, airy halter like this is perfect to wear under a lightweight blazer! I love the narrow strip of embellishments on this top, I think it adds an interesting touch to this look and saves you the trouble of having to find the right necklace to wear (since I'm not much of a jewelry...
