In fact, the bedspread that is on my bed at the moment is in white and blue toile! Toile is just one of those fabrics that looks beautiful in any color and on anything, be it a dress or a chair. I am especially fond of the pattern that is on this Bernie Dexter dress because it depicts beautiful illustrations of 18th century gentry and reminds me of one of my favorite films, Sofia Coppola's Marie...
