Floral Frill
I have long professed my love for shopping on eBay - it's one of the best places to find pieces that have been discontinued or are no longer available...and you never know when you'll come across something amazing. This skirt is a perfect example of just that - a designer piece in an of-the-moment shape for less than $40! I couldn't believe when I found that it's still available online for just under $150. Even though it is black, when paired with a bright floral shell (this one is only $20!), it is totally spring-appropriate and fun.
