Even in Australia
When I was little, one of my favourite books was Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Alexander went to bed with gum in his mouth and woke up with gum in his hair. There were prizes in every cereal box but the one he was eating from. And he teacher didn't appreciate his artistic genius when he drew an invisible castle.The refrain of the book - it was a kids book, after all - was, "Some days are like that, even in Australia." I suppose that's probably true... But this week, I'm really tempted to run away from my life, anyway. Or maybe just go shopping and buy lots of things I can't afford! I'm sure that would help ;) Sweater, Purse-H&M ...
