I love a great pair of knee-high boots, but have trouble finding the perfect pair to fit my chicken-legs. I need boots with a very small circumference on the top (at an affordable price!).
This pair of Miss Sixty's are almost 10 years old but are still my favorite pair of all time - I think the opening at the top is like 13"!!! They fit snugly with or without pants and they even hug my small ankles. I have not found such a perfect...
