Altered Couture -- Skirt to Handbag
Dear Dress Lovers, I started to call this post "that's not my bag," but, well, it is my bag. And there's also that little issue of search engines needing to be able to really understand what's going on in a post, so that they can accurately relay information. So I called it what it is: a skirt turned into a handbag, more altered couture -- something I love! It was a denim skirt, a short skirt with no pleats, but a fun, conductor's style print and cool pockets. I added straps in a fun, contrasting fabric. I added fabric pockets where I wanted them, and voila! The outfit is a secondhand casual get-up, mostly. The hat, boots...
