Copenhagen Day:3!
Geranium is one of the two restaurants in Copenhagen with two Michelin stars and was No 49 in 2012’s World’s Best Restaurants list (yes I am slowly working my way throught the list J ). It’s chef, Rasmus Kofoed, won the highly regarded Bocuse D’Or competition in 2011 and has kept the statue along with the silver and bronze from previous years in his kitchen as you can see in one of the pictures below.
