Jean Paul Gaultier Exhibition – Madrid
This Christmas I spent a few days in Madrid visiting my family and I took the opportunity to see the exhibition "Jean Paul Gaultier: From the streets to the stars", a retrospective of the career of the great designer, and lover of my Spanish culture. Through 125 outfits of haute couture and ready-to-wear, photographs, videos and sketches, we traveled to the universes of Gaultier: sailors, mermaids, virgins and the supremacy of lingerie, as a metaphor of the powerful women, the influence of different cultures and the investigation of unusual fabrics.
