tapas in seville
On Easter weekend, Albert invited me to Seville. I'd never been, and it has really famous Easter festivals, so we hopped over for a few days. I'll show you the festivals later, but first and foremost... tapas! People have been telling me for years that I had to try tapas from the south of Spain. They're not really something that has much tradition in Catalonia, although widely available, but Andalusia is the real deal. My basic action plan for the weekend was: walk, and every time I felt tired or the crowds got too intense, stop for a little glass of beer or wine, and a cheap little portion of something.
