I'm feeling like a burst of sunshine today. I don't normally wear yellow, but there was something about the cheerfulness of this dress that I couldn't resist. I love that the bright yellow skirt is broken up by the neutral bodice and the bow in the back is simply darling. I think adding little pops of turquoise add to the playfulness of the look.
