tranquil as a forest, but on fire within
This is my favorite of all my Disney outfits! It's not exactly like what Mulan really wore, but I think it reflects the shapes and simplicity and general color palette. I was eleven when the movie came out (dating myself a bit here..) and Belle and Ariel were already set in stone as my top two favorite Disney girls ever, but Mulan has always been really close to tying with them. Honestly if I wasn't so sentimental about The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast being such a huge part of my childhood, she'd probably be number one.
