My First 5K
On Saturday I ran in the first annual Yuengling Light Lager Jogger 5K . I'd signed up for this at the very beginning of January this year (right after starting this blog) to address my 2013 goal of running in a 5K. I've never been much of a runner, and I thought having something to train for would help give me the boost I'd never seemed to find when it comes to running. Just last week I posted my struggles with running even with regular training.
