Nothing makes me feel more alive than dressing in bright colors head to toe! If you want to try the monochromatic look but are a little scared, start with baby steps. Try wearing a blazer & top in similar hues paired with a pair of jeans or black pants. Or you could try wearing a pair of tights & skirt in similar hues with a neutral top. Have fun whatever you do! :)
