I have an addiction to "style" books. I've been buying books telling me how to elevate my style and organize my closet for as long as I remember. Sometimes I love them, but sometimes they can be less then fabulous. I can't quite remember which one it was, but semi-recently, I read a book that told me "One polka dot item is enough." ONE?! Only ONE?! I thought. How can anyone limit themselves to only one polka dot item when there are pants , shirts , dresses , and skirts to be had?!...
