Geothermal Living

What's great about visiting another country is the cultural experiences that come along with the travel. Yesterday, I went to Whakarewarewa, The Living Thermal Village to experience a real and still existent village built around geothermal activity in the heart of Rotorua. Everyday living using the thermal properties of the land including bathing, cooking and recreation. The locals were truly lovely and very welcoming. It was an impressive iconic landmark to see and experience. Well worth the visit.
